At JAVA COFFEE, we strive for full satisfaction with every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on non-food items or unopened hardware within 30 days of purchase. If your coffee arrives damaged or you received the wrong order, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or reason for return.
- 2.Verification & Approval
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it meets our quality and safety guidelines for food products.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging and use the provided shipping label to send them back to our roastery.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After we inspect the returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
